ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED, IF THE CARIANTS ARE AVAILABLE AND NOT ON PRE-ORDER(HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS ARE EXCLUDED. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE ORDERING.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SENT OUT VIA USPS AND/OR DHL. SHIPPING TIMES DEPEND ON FINAL DESTINATION COUNTRY.

ORDERS WILL START PROCESSING ON DATE ADVERTISED ON THE SITE- LA’MAZING LLC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE RELEASE DATES WITH PROPER NOTIFICATION TO CUSTOMER. ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS STARTING ON THE RELEASE DATE, OR THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE RELEASE DATE IF DATE ADVERTISED IS A HOLIDAY, WEEKEND, ETC.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE SENT USING NORMAL SHIPPING RATES.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS SMALL BUSINESS AND OUR PRODUCT CREATION OPERATIONS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT- UNLESS THERE IS FAULT BY LA’MAZING, LLC. IF WE ARE AT FAULT, WE WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE, OTHERWISE, IT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

ANY SIGNS OF WEAR (ANYTHING OTHER THAN TRYING ON THE PRODUCT) OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT AT FAULT OF LA’MAZING LLC WILL LEAD TO THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUEST BEING DENIED.
